I only accept payment through Paypal, Cashapp and Venmo. When sending out the transaction, Please put in your name[username] in the subject line so that I know it's you. The currency I use is USD. All prices you see is the base price .I have the right to decline your commission request. Some characters do not translate well in my style and might not come out as well.I must have references. Please include a full body reference of your character. If you do not have a reference you may include images of body types, clothing etc that your character has along with a written description. Include whatever images that corresponds to your character!If you are using game screenshots, please make sure you are in the most natural lighting as possible in this game. This will avoid inaccurate colors for your character.I suggest putting all of your reference images in a dropbox folder, google doc, or Imgur page.I will not lower my prices for anyone. Please do not beg or plead for me to lower prices. I must be paid for my time and effort for this. This is my job and sustains me as a full-time artist/freelancer. If you can't afford it, I am sorry.I must be paid upfront! I will not start on the commission if the full payment hasn't been received.If for whatever reason can't pay upfront, I do offer payment plans! I know how difficult it is to pay upfront. But remember, I must be fully paid before I start on your commission. If your commission exceeds $500USD I will make an exception.Commissioners please understand that I maintain rights to my artwork, I am allowed to use commissioned work for promotional purposes for myself [ex. your commission being use in an ‘example book’ at an art table at conventions]. I also retain my rights to charge extra depending on complexities on the drawing; this includes complex background, weapons, armor, clutter, extreme details, etc.Refunds are ok! If I am unable to get to your commission or if something happened, I will issue a full refund (please note Paypal does take a small percentage of the payment you sent). If you request a refund during the process then I can only give you a partial refund.You may ask for wips! I will send you sketches you can approve of and ask for changes in this stage and during the lineart stage. After the piece/commission is finished, you are allowed two(2) minor changes for free. Any extra changes will be charged $20USD per extra change.My turnaround times vary if I am in work or not or how long the queue is. I usually will get a commission done within 1-3 weeks at a time. I will get back to you if it takes longer than a month to get to your commission.I try to work fast as I can. Do not message me 24/7 saying "hey you done yet?" Please be patient as I am not always glued to my screens. I do need to take breaks and be a human sometimes.Please tell me if there is a deadline before commissioning me not after. If there is a hard deadline there will be a $100USD fee added to your commission.Rights and Permission I as the artist retain the rights to all artwork created by me that includes any work you commissioned me for. I dictate the terms of how you are allowed to use the artwork.You matain the rights of the artwork itself and may display, print or use it for personal use unless this is for commercial use. There is a fee for commercial license which is $250USD.Any artwork that was commissioned for commercial use may only be used in a specific way that we have agreed upon at the time of purchase.You may use your commissioned artwork as a banner, avatar, phone wallpaper, or online image gallery such as toyhou.se etc as long as you properly credit me(link back to my accounts and such) as long as the sites you display it on are for PERSONAL and non-commercial use.You may repost your commissioned artwork so long as you credit me and link back to me.You may give your commissioned artwork as a gift! It can be printed or sent digitally to your loved ones.You may not claim credit on the commissioned work or any artwork I have created.YOU MAY NOT MINT OR TURN ARTWORK INTO AN NFT OR EXCHANGE FOR CRYPTO CURRENCY. I will pursue legal actionI do in fact stream. I may or may not stream your commission depending if it's NSFW. Do not ask me if I will stream me drawing your commission at your convenience.If you’re not sure about the “do’s” and “don’ts” list in the Commission Prices Page.
